Panel discussion & workshop: „Higher education and students of the 21st Century – the skills we need“

We will discuss the communication, marketing and business skills that make employees, teachers, students and future professionals resilient to the technological and social changes that await us globally and locally in the coming decades. Participants will learn what digital transformation is and how to apply it to higher education institutions and thus attract more motivated students. We will also talk about the characteristics of successful 21st century leaders and how to become resilient – personally and institutionally – to the crises and challenges of governance, financing, sustainability, but more than anything, communication, in the 21st century.
