2nd transnational meeting of the “Pan-European soft skills curriculum for undergraduate veterinary education – SOFTVETS” project team was held in Vienna, at the University of Veterinary Medicine Vienna, VETMEDUNI on the last weekend in March.

Purpose of this meeting was to finalize work on intellectual output No. 1: „Recommendations of soft skills competences for veterinary students“. Also, to begin work on IO2: “Soft skills” curriculum for implementation in veterinary higher education“.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the partners from University of Veterinary Medicine in Hannover, Vienna University of Economics and Business, University in Ljubljana, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Zagreb, University of Veterinary Medicine in Vienna and University of Veterinary Medicine in Budapest. The team was also warmly welcomed by the vice rector for study affairs, Ao. Univ.-Prof. Dr. Sibylee Kneissl.

It was, once again, a very successful and pleasant meeting of project partners, with many important decisions taken and plans made. Thank you VetMedUni for a perfect organisation!
